carbs or fats?

do you guys think high healthy carbs are better for energy/going to the gym or fats?
usually carbs are the preferred energy source for our body but it bloats me occasionally, however fats is also an option.
or do you guys think im just eating processed carbs?
advice?
 
There is the ketogenic diet but your body adapts to ketosis produces ketone bodies from fat and can use them to supply energy. However this is unnecessary because you can simply eat carbohydrates which provide energy without going through this unnecessary ketosis process.
Without carbohydrate sources micronutrients are lacking and carbohydrates are digested much faster and are significantly less calorie-dense.
 
if you’re going to the gym a lot, eat carbs from clean foods. If you’re not working out often, eat more animal fats and little carbs.
