I have followed bodybuilding for years. When they are dieting down before a show they drink gallons of water to get their body into flushing mode and then cut out water and increase carbs they pull the remaining water into the muscle
If you’re prone to bloating. ONLY eat carbs pre and post workout. Avoid candies, sodas & fruit juices. When eating carbs pre and post workout go for salads and sweet potatoes. Drink 2-3 liters of water per day.So what should the average joe do to avoid bloat year-round?
