Been doing jordan peters 4 day UL split and want to integrate cardio and 2 days of sprinting. Atm here's my routine
Sunday: Upper
Monday: Lower
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Upper
Thurusday: Lower
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Rest
I want to sprint like 2x a week, and moderate cardio another 1-2 times (like incline treadmill etc) what days would be most optimal to place without hindering strength/hypertrophy gains?
