you can only eat so little without fucking up your hormones and overall nutrition. Below 15% cardio is especially useful

I would eat around 1000 calories for months straight just getting 100g of protein daily and I'm fine
 
how many calories is the minimum to not fuck up your health? Assuming somewhat realistic diet and not raw meat only.

I'm 6'4 I did fine on it, you'd be surprised how your body can work with little calories
 
So you are presumably in a 1000-2000 kcal deficit? Genuinely curious how one can function properly with that little food
