sprinting isn't cardio. it's anaerobic. ideally, you should be training the 3 energy systems - phosphate, glycolytic, and aerobic, with weight training, HIIT, and steady state cardio, at least to a reasonable level of fitness, and thinking long term.

nearly every athlete does cardio. every military does shitloads of cardio. being so neurotic that you think some extremely low level jogging is going to destroy your T levels probably has a bigger impact on T level than jogging would ever have.

I never said sprinting was cardio not that jogging will lower T levels - I've just seen people say to sprint as jogging will LOWER(not destroy) T.

if you don't think sprinting is cardio then how can sprinting be a substitute for jogging?

Just stick to walking, it's the best form of cardio. Hill sprints are optimal for HIIT.
That's all you're gonna need. Anything that is considered medium-intensity, especially jogging, should be avoided as it will destroy your joints over time.

sure, bro. there are 70 year olds running marathons at a pace that 90% of this forum can't even run a mile, but if some incel casually jogs a few miles a week he's going to destroy his joints

Walking promotes diaphragmatic breathing which increases your oxygen intake. It's even better to walk when there's sunlight involved as it recharges your dopamine circuits and activates your pineal gland as well.
I walk a lot as well, did around 60 km this week and anecdotally speaking, it improves my mental health a lot.

And marathon runners of all ages look gaunt and unhealthy as fuck so what's your point?
Just because some people are physically capable of pulling that off doesn't mean that it's good for your health.

Jogging does accelerate the wear and tear on the joints, it's pretty straightforward.

irrelevant as no one is advocating becoming a competitive marathon runner. the point is there are fucking 70 year olds subjecting their joints to 50X as much strain as a casual running regimen would involve and you're scared of going for a jog around the block.

Do a fucking google search.

"The new research surveyed 3,804 recreational runners...On average, runners who responded to the survey were just shy of 44 years old and ran 27.9 miles per week at 8 minutes and 52 seconds per mile. They’d typically been running for close to 15 years, although that number ranged from 1 to 67 years."

"Surprisingly, they found no association between an increased risk for knee or hip arthritis and the number of years someone had been running, the number of marathons completed, their weekly running mileage, nor their running pace."

"Overall, 7.3% of marathon runners who answered the survey said they’d ever been diagnosed with hip or knee osteoarthritis. Hartwell cautioned against comparing this rate to a general population, given key differences in age and overall health. Even so, he said, “most doctors would recognize that on average, the incidence of arthritis is higher than 7% in a 44-year-old.”"

"The “wear-and-tear” notion doesn’t account for the ways running can benefit joint health and potentially offset deterioration, said Jeffrey Driban, an osteoarthritis researcher at Tufts University who wasn’t involved in the Chicago Marathon study. The activity can improve muscle function around the joints and encourage the body to produce more of what’s called synovial fluid, a viscous liquid that lubricates the joints."

"The knees absorb a lot of force when running, so many people (retards) think that running itself can accelerate the natural wear and tear on the joints. But in fact, the medical research tends to show that running has a protective effect against arthritis. Studies of large numbers of men show that recreational runners have a lower risk of hip and knee arthritis. This effect is partly explained by the lower body weight of these men. Other studies that measure knee cartilage suggest that running may stimulate cartilage to grow, not wear it out."

has been studied that long distance chronically training can reduce testosterone. The ideal is to not do it every day, take some rest

if too much cardio i would say 30min + youre cortisol goes up and testo down

Chad gets his cardio by stretching your oneitus's vagina.
Just be like Chad, bro!
