CARDIO OR SLEEP?

Always done cardio before job. But seen it takes away 1h of my deep sleep. I do feel some benifits with "cardio" in the morning. But taking away <1h> of sleep is not healthy at all. Prob making more gainz in the sleep lol.
-normie bed at 9 sleeps to 7.30 hurry to work. Gets the recovery
-chad bed at 9 wakes up 6 to do cardio.
Lol ofc I want to be the chad but somthing in my mind telling me to sleep longer for recocery
PS know I sound like a fatass....
Cant do the cardio after work bc have to be with girlfriend + helping grandma..
Tried sleeping at 8 but just cant. Even started doing 500mg magnesium but did not work.

melatonin is not recommended, will cook you after a while. Just excercise enough or work at your job hard to be tired enough, skip screens before bed and drink 500ml to feel a little full and you will sleep like a baby

Gh strongest in sleep, /taking away 1h deep sleep feels like destroying gains lol.

Won't your body rely on it then natural melatonin will tank?

what would melatonin do as a bad side affect?
 
just sleep. start taking magnesium, zinc and vit D
