Cardio increases your stamina, meaning you can physically last longer in bed without running out of breath

Meanwhile weight lifting has no benefits that you can't gain from simple calisthenics

Calisthenics my guy, its not just only cardio
you don’t know what you’re talking about if you’re grouping ‘calisthenics’ as a form of cardio when it fits in the weight lifting/bodyweight category of strength training

Not grouping it with cardio, but it's def not the same as weight lifting

title of your thread literally says cardio>>>weight lifting. just because you’re using your body weight doesn’t mean it suddenly turns into cardio. you don’t know what you’re talking about and probably saw videos of some twink ethnics playing around with bars

If she isn't "built for BBC" calisthenics should be enough

look what I typed in the actual thread, calisthenics and weight lifting has the same benefits, except you can do calisthenics almost anywhere
