cardiovascular endurance tips

I am trying to get my cardiovascular endurance better for wrestling yet after a 2 minute jog i’m out of breath. I’m not obese and I don’t smoke but have never really trained cardio. Does anyone have any tips on how to get my cardiovascular endurance better?
 
Go to the gym more and do way more cardio then you usually do also HIIT exercises work perfectly and they also helped me improve my cardiovascular health

calorie deficit + pace running and try to improve your pace slightly/ add a little mileage every workout, and find a good routine you can stick to
