growing up i did not eat good food. i only ate cereal bread ice cream etc.
my body is in a bad state. i have abs and look lean, but it is very hard for me to maintain. my body naturally wants to be at 20-25% body fat and i have constant hunger signals. very hard for me to stay lean. i have a lot of face fat as well because of years of eating carbs and junk food even at a low weight. i’m 150 and 5’10 17% body fat. dealing with binge eating and constant hunger.
i feel best when i eat 3.5k cals a day, but now im eating 2000 and have a lower libido, mood swings, and overall don’t feel good. i’ve been in this state for 6 months. i’m dieting down counting calories only because that’s what the fitness industry and everyone around me says to do if i want to get lean
i know the benefits of being extremely lean so im not going to give up on the goal.
i want to try carnivore and have no problem going on the diet because i love the taste of eggs and meat, but could i really eat as much as i want without gaining weight? some people have said this on here. how would this work? could i get to my desired leanness?
i’m specifically doing this for looksmaxxing as the main priority. obviously health and metabolism factors are fantastic too, but the whole goal is to get a leaner appearance
what should i do?
