Like their have been a consensus for thirty years that saturated fat is bad for humans. Its not even seen as science anymore because its generally a confirmed fact that saturated fat from red meat is bad for humans longterm.

And its meta studies that combines 100s of studies controlled for health, lifestyle, genetic disposition and all kinds of variability and still the results are the same. Saturated fat is bad for humans if its more then 10% of the whole food consumption. Ita not hypothetical its facts. Eating carnivore is bad for human health and esp for cardiovascular diseases.
