No excuses to not have your diet and nutrition where it should be by now. It does a lot for your looks so stop buying shit food and start cooking your own

20 slices of bacon - £4
6 sausages - £1.50
12 eggs - £3

If you want more variety and need to take a animal based diet approach then include the cheap meat above and extras

5 bananas - £1.25
6 kiwis - £1.25

its so easy...
start your day with fasting if you cant afford that many meals then around lunch time have 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 3 sausage seasoned with pepper and Celtic sea salt and eat up, pre gym do a fruit bowl of 5 bananas and 2 kiwis and then finish your day with the same meal as earlier, 3 egg, 3 bacon and 3 sausage.

Now you can start to include more food, go for steak, mince, a bit of chicken and fish. Keep to water but don't hesitate to go for some raw milk.

Lets see what low IQ replies we get... and yes I know bacon and sausage aren't the cleanest meats but for the price they are still a lot more nutrient dense then that chocolate you were about to buy

Like i said, beef is more expensive and this is for brokies. I did say include beef...
beef is not expensive. just dont be buying ribeyes daily

I agree with the rest though, you are not supposed to eat high quality steak daily, just spam eggs and organs which are cheaper but equally if not more nutrient dense.

Bacon - highly processed and full of AGEs, will age you very fast
Sausages - again, highly processed and unhealthy
 
Spices are an anti-biotic. They're an anti-nutrient. They cause inflammation in your body and are indigestible. Consuming them will nuke your gut micro-biome, killing all the healthy bacteria.

Just because you didn't buy bacon and sausage doesn't mean you were necessarily going to buy junk food like chocolate. Do not eat bacon or sausage, atleast eat ground beef.

I understand what you're saying and i totally agree with everything but this is for people who do not eat healthy and want to get started. Then they can slowly cut out the processed meat like bacon and replace it with beef and then beef for grass fed beef. Soon they will readjust their taste buds and be able to eat better food.

Bro, this is not a healthy diet. Bacon and sausage is not healthy compared to chocolate. You're better off eating chocolate

Chicken (especially the white meat) and fish are generally MUCH better sources of animal protein than processed meats like any type of sausages.
Also, beef should really only be eaten a few times a week at most (even the leaner cuts), because of the cholesterol.

Overall, these fad diets are really stupid, and only kinda good for cutting and leaning out a bit over a relatively short amount of time. Paleo and carnivore diet is ridiculous and it will give you major constipation if you're not drinking water like a horse, and drinking something like metamucil and stool softeners.
