Is a carnivore diet or raw meat diet genuinely beneficial?

I have the money but I’m unaware of the benefits and risks anyone have a good understanding on this?

Pure retardation. Homo erectus started cooking foods over fire and in 1.5 million years since then, they evolved a lot. The fact that we eat cooked meat IS what makes us human. Eat a lot of meat, and certainly dont overcook meats, but eating raw meat is also stupid. (I can already hear goatis calling me a SLAYYYYVEEEEE, and someone who doesnt obey NAYYYYYCHURREEEEE, but who gives a fuck)

animal based is peak diet, fruits, meat, organs, raw butter, raw milk, raw cheese, and honey. Don’t be afraid of cooking stuff. If you get it from a trusted source (not wal-mart) it doesn’t matter either way and you can eat raw meat if you want.

You were never a 100% raw carnivore who only ate 1 time until satiety for a minimum of 6 months.

100% brother, i was on it for 3 months, but during those 3 months it was consistent, meaning ONLY raw everyday

again, i felt fine, but nothing special changed in looks.
should it have changed anything in my looks? if yes, what?

No you didn’t. Once you go raw carnivore, you’ll never go back to carbohydrates (poison).

So my point stands. You aren’t a 100% carnivore. Any amount of carbohydrates that you consume over a small threshold of even around 10-20gs of them causes health issues.

Glycation damage will occur as well.

Did you know that your body produces its own glucose through the process of gluconeogenesis in the required amounts?

Did you know that gluconeogenesis occurs to prevent glycation damage from outside sources of carbohydrates?

Of course you didn’t. You don’t have the brain capacity to acknowledge this.

That’s a table full of poison, not food.
so since every olympic athlete and nobel laureate was eating a steady diet of poison for their entire lives, you guys should easily be outcompeting and outsmarting them, right? what do you have to show for your completely poison free diet because the same retarded placebo anecdotes as every single other fad healy/self improvement trend (no fap, cold showers, etc)?

And how come people of Okinawa live so long on their high carb diets? They have the longest average lifespan in the world and

"The traditional Okinawan diet is 85% carbohydrates, 9% protein, and 6% fat."

Kind of a weird definition of poison.

Scientifically, it is the opposite of beneficial. There is no empirical evidence that a carnivorous diet provides any benefits, only anecdotes.

In fact, the effects can be quite detrimental. Raw meat is considered unsafe for consumption due to how bacteria and other pathogens thrive in it. Now some could argue that exposure to these pathogens strengthens the immune system, but that's mostly theoretical. If anything, it will make you sick and weaken you.

Additionally, it is extremely hard to get all your micronutrients. Due to this, you'll likely suffer from the effects of extreme nutrient deficiencies, which will destroy your looks and quality of life.

The saturated fats, particularly in red meat are also not good. It's been shown to negatively affect cardiovascular health and will lower your life expectancy.

Raw meat is a meme. There’s a reason fucking nearthendals cooked their own meat 5k years ago. Same with pasteurised milk, pasteurisation is just heating up the milk. These TikTok kids believe anything they tell them to believe

1. There’s genetic disposition differences. Those same athletes would perform even better on strictly 100% raw carnivore diet.

2. Those athletes will still experience all of the side effects of consuming carbohydrates such as glycation damage. They can not out run this.

3. Those numbers you gave me about the Okinawan were data sets based on REPORTS that they made to the “scientists”. They weren’t actual studies with them observed in laboratories.

Raw butter is stupid, it's scientifically way worse for you compared to something like olive oil and avocado oil. I hope the seed oil fear-mongering hasn't spread itself here onto looksmax.org, since there is no science to support it.

Absolutely incorrect and low IQ of you. You are not competent to speak on nutrition.

There are 0 nutrient deficiencies on a 100% carnivore diet. We evolved eating that for millions of fucking years idiot.

Saturated fat is in no shape or form bad for humans. It is REQUIRED.

Because the buffet is intentionally crafted to look appetizing and visually appealing, with attention to details like colors, contrast, lighting, and texture. This isn’t just a simple photo of cooked chicken—it’s a carefully presented buffet that includes a variety of elements, even raw items, arranged to look good.

Additionally, something being "destroyed" doesn’t mean it can’t be beautiful. Take statues or buildings, for example—post-war structures, ruins, and such can still hold aesthetic appeal.

LMFAO:lul: Let's have an actual discussion instead of immediately slapping an ad hominem fallacy with insults like "low IQ" and "idiot"-

Are you saying the carnivore diet covers all vitamins and minerals?
- Vitamin C: There is NO vitamin C except for trace amounts in organ meats.
- Vitamin E, Magnesium, and Fiber: These are often not present in a carnivore diet but are very important.
- Phytonutrients: Stuff like polyphenols found in plants are empirically shown to contribute to long-term disease prevention, especially for cardiovascular health.

Saturated fat is good in normal amounts, but too much of it like what is present in red meats has been shown to have horrible effects by modern scientific meta-analyses and long-term studies. You can just read yourself.

1. Fiber isn’t required for human beings and is actually contra-indicated (bad).

2. Muscle meat and associated fats have enough Vitamin C that we require. If there wasn’t, then you would see people who eat 100% carnivore have Scurvy. Where’s my Scurvy after 10 months of raw carnivore daily?

3. Not 1g of exogenous carbohydrates from plants are required for humans. They are poison.

4. There are 0 cause and effect studies to provide evidence that saturated fat in high amounts causes any disease or increases risks of diseases.

Yes, because I am intelligent and rely on critical thinking and an open-minded approach rather than dogma. I wasn’t born eating raw meat—I’ve spent countless hours researching, analyzing, and thinking critically without being rigid or dogmatic, thinking in the same way I'm doing so right now.

At the end of the day, you continue eating destroyed food while I choose better options and reap the health benefits. I’ve made my case, demonstrating to anyone following this discussion that your thinking is less critical than mine and that my approach is more legitimate. That’s enough for me, and I see no reason to expend more energy engaging with you. Anyway, I don't even know why you’re on this forum (while I know that what led me here is mostly my intelligence and physiology drawn to philosophy, politics, and science). You might be dysgenic or severely degenerate, someone I wouldn't waste my energy arguing against, unless it could benefit me, but it doesn't look like it.

I do not consider all those raw plants as destroyed food, brother.
uh huh. it's the raw plants that make it appetizing.

Una dieta carnivora o una dieta a base di carne cruda sono davvero benefiche?

Ho i soldi, ma non sono a conoscenza dei vantaggi e dei rischi. Qualcuno ha una buona conoscenza a riguardo?
I've been doing it for months, I digest it better. some say that by cooking food you destroy the nutrients so maybe it's better
