I dont know if anyone else feels the same
BUT recently I shifted my diet to a carnivore rich + vegetables coz need Fibre to poop right also I took some probiotics I'm a 19 yo late bloomer and following this routine since 3 months and surprisingly my jawline became sharper also my wrist bones are thicker and stronger with a lot of back hair and increased beard density I was also practicing semen retention with it and I did get a lot of self control too
Idk if it's just placebo but my wrist bones have gotten thicker not by fat but by bone it's definite
