By consuming carnivore you restrict 90% of food groups and severely limit your diet. Foods that were essential to the foundation of human civilisation, evolution, cultures and societies. Food is literally the reason why we even have all this cool technology and advancement

So lets say we create a food which didn't exist, seed oils for example, would restricting this very harmful "food" be extreme? None of our ancestors consumed it too, so not really a good argument. On your second sentence you mention that we "evolved" eating grains and all these new post agriculture foods which is total bs because we have been regressing in brain size, height, jaw size etc, been having more disease and been sicker, although i guess in a way you could say we have adapted to the shittier food by compensating elsewhere. Another thing is that by definition humans are carnivores with a specie appropriate diet to that of a carnivorous animals which we adapted/evolved with so of course its not extreme to eat such way
