If I go on carnivore as an already healthy human on animal based (200g carbs) will I experience a significant drop in water retention / bloat and will this be noticeable and worth it

Yes, but its hard to maintain the diet.

So 200g carbs hold like 1L of water = 1kg so will I lose like ish of that in water making me look leaner also is ts sustainable

When i ate tons of carbs, i lost like 15lbs from going full carnivore for like a month and still on it for a year straight obviously with cheatdays
 
Yes been doing it for a year, i can show results
Sure i would appreciate it , when I do it I lose like 3 pounds (likely all water) but then maintain that weight with little change also it’s very difficult to not cheat

be careful raw meat and raw milk is very addictive, has very insane withdrawal affects be careful
