man i might have to go back on carnivore i had coffee when i tried it the other day and got a massive headache but im gonna try again today to stick to it... you've convinced me

carnivore is amazing for looksmaxxing as it makes you lean, debloats you, and clears up skin, which is honestly like 80% of softmaxxing (depends on the person but in general this is the case)

carnivore is amazing for looksmaxxing as it makes you lean, debloats you, and clears up skin, which is honestly like 80% of softmaxxing (depends on the person but in general this is the case)

i tried keto and got skinnyfat because i had no muscle 3 years ago, now i have some decent muscle so carnivore should ascend me good

But try the lion diet. It sounds retarded but it's better. Just beef and water. Way better for debloating and weight loss.
On carnivore I was eating things like cheese and salmon and was a bit more bloated and lost weight slower.

cheese on keto tastes bad... thats what im gonna do is meat eggs and water, no milk or cheese

Good idea. Eggs are great and rarely cause weight loss stalls and debloating.

did you lose any muscle? I dont think i will because of gluconeogenesis but i dont want to lose any...

all the poeple in the links look shredded with no muscle loss so im not too concerned

No, just hit the gym 3-4 times a week, eat as much as you can (you won't overeat because you'll get full quickly) and sleep good and you'll probably gain muscle if anything. It's weird. Just my experience.

also opt for grass fed beef and pasture raised eggs if possible.
otherwise you'll be lacking omega 3s, which you can't really supplement because most omega 3 supplements are just rancid seed oil pills.

when i tried eating whatever i want when carnivore i gained weight. i wasn’t doing only beef tho. i was doing bacon, eggs, beef, sometimes cheese, butter. i gained weight pretty quick. should i try eating as much as i want with only beef and eggs, or maybe only beef? maybe ill have a different experience and not gain so quick/not at all. should i use butter?

I GUARANTEE you'll lose weight only eating beef.
Things like pork bacon and cheese can stall and even promote weight gain.
Eggs are a maybe. They work for 80% of people but there are some that have to avoid them too.
I'd say start with only beef for a few days and then add eggs. See if the scale continues going down from there.

i guess we see what the scale says tomorrow. apart from the 3 eggs i had in the morning with some butter, i ate 1kg beef.

gained 0.2kg lol. what i’m gonna do is cut out the eggs and butter, and eat the same quantity of meat i ate yesterday, depending on if i lose or gain the next day, ill add or remove meat so i maintain the same weight and hit gym

today i ate 1kg beef early in the morning, i was hungry asf. getting hungry again tbh, don’t know if i should eat some more beef or if that will make me gain weight/fat.

not sure it would make a difference to weight, u think make a difference? why do u say eat later? morning is usually the time im hungryest. i also saw eating leaner beef is good to try lose fat since your body with then use its stored fat as fuel instead of the fat you eat from beef.

At the end of the day, if you eat too much then you're gonna gain weight.
If you only eat once a day, beef only, it's pretty much impossible to overeat as you'll get full quicker.

got it. that’s what’s i did today. ate once, although i did still eat 1kg. i find it easier for some reason to eat is in burger patty form than minced maybe cos i add the left over fat to the mince and i don’t do that when i make it in a patty, so less fat content means it’s less satiating. ill eat it in mince form with the fat from now on, usually when i did this id get full while eating 0.5kg.
