PRECURSORS TO CARTEL METHOD:
The Cartel Method only works in VERY SOUTHERN United States, such as Southern California, Arizona, or New Mexico. Geomaxx close to those for better results.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Writing tool
-Paper (I would use Pacon 004109 Manilla Paper)

Step 1:
Step 1 is to set your bait by finding an innocent person's house in one of the aforementioned states. (Make sure the house is owned, not rented, and occupied.)
Step 2:
Step 2 is to fabricate a fake letter stating that the victim's house is under cartel notice and they have to pay you between 7,500$ to 20,000$ (The amount is yours to choose but these prices are best) make sure you have Mexico stamps, and tell them to send it to a random address in Sinaloa, Mexico. (Most will be too retarded to notice if it's fake in those states, so as long as your IQ is above 68, you'll do fine on this.)
Step 3:
Go to a post office and write the owners full name (If public info) and the address. Just write it as if you're sending a real package. Make yourself untraceable any way you see fit.
Step 4:
Go chill out in Sinaloa, Mexico until your care package arrives. Rinse repeat until rich. Move to Europe.
