Ofcourse sunlight and diet both depend a lot for growth. I am 15, 5"5. I am not white and not black. I want to do sunbathing but I think I'll get excessively tanned to the point I look black. I am ethnic.
1. Should I do sunbathing?
2. Will Sprinting help me in growth?
3. Does workout (pushups,pullups,chinups,etc) force my frame to be wider and masculine considering I'm in puberty?

Genetics rule, but with effort you might have some changes.
After 15 growth slows down, so its pretty much late for any intervention, just LL or fraud with height shoes.

Sprinting doesn’t work.
Resistance training will make your clavicles wider if your genetics allow it.

2. kinda it boosts test and helps circulate ur water system better off with weight lifting or any sort of high intensity sport for natural test
3. yes but only up to some degree as your genetics will be the major determining factor plus muscles can widen your frame a few inches not the bone but the shoulders and chest can make your frame seem bigger than what it really is

Pray you get a late growth spur and get a lot of protein calcium minerals and animal fat
 
you're 15, 5'5 and indian. it's probably over.
