Since castor oil works as a prostaglandin, it is supposed to burn fat like latisse does. So applying it to the tip of the nose doesn't seem like a bad idea

No it does not penetrate deep enough to cartliadge to thin nose neither does hydercortisone just get rhino

I think the main point for hydrocortisone is reducing inflammation and over long periods of time you’ll get steroid induced skin atrophy
