I bought cbd cigarettes without nicotine, but cbd. Do they affect the appearance as usual, including collagen?

I would assume any kind of smoke wouldn't be good for your skin. Keep in mind there is a difference between steam and smoke. Steam can be beneficial to your skin.

Will those CBD cigarettes be better for your skin than normal cigarettes? Yeah, I think so. Will not smoking anything be optimal? Absolutely.
