how did u consume it?Never did shit for me.
Edibles. I have a high tolerance for THC though and was pretty much only used to that so that could be why as well.how did u consume it?
it makes me quite sleepy, but feels good makes me happier in a better state of mind. i consume it with cbg, another cannabinoid.cbd isn't a magic cure, it's just one of dozens of cannabinoids. the only solid clinical evidence is for rare forms of epilepsy; the anxiety/sleep effects people rave about are mild and vary wildly with dose and quality. a few drops of hemp oil won't rebalance your neurotransmitters if the rest of your life is out of whack. decent sleep, light, exercise and cutting caffeine/alcohol will do more for your stress than overpriced cbd gummies. also watch out for drug interactions and liver enzymes if you're megadosing.
cbd gummies usually dont do anything. try oil, pure cbd and nothing else, but u should only do that for pain or sum bc recreationally its not really a "high"Edibles. I have a high tolerance for THC though and was pretty much only used to that so that could be why as well.
yeah, i dont feel "euphoric" per say just better state of mind really. muscles are quite relaxed as wellcbg is more of a stimulant but combining it with cbd might balance things out. research on these minor cannabinoids is still early tho. if it makes you sleepy or 'happy' it's probably because you're using a high dose and it's just calming you down - there's no true euphoria like thc. also keep in mind they compete for the same liver enzymes so stacking them could mess with how your body processes other meds. i'd treat them as supplements at best, not a magic fix.
