why would it? Only upper maxilia advancement procedures such as lefort help with under-eye support. Bimax doesn't change Upper maxilia projection

no it will not. Bimax fixes your lower maxilla not your upper maxilla or infraorbital/zygomatic bones. Just get infras implant or fat grafting or PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin).
