tried asking for mse and facemask, all said no went to 6 diff orthos btw, all just recommended me invisalign, braces and they wanted to extract my teeth for braces so i said no

If you want MSE, you can get MSE, I highly doubt 6 orthodontists refused to provide you a certain type of treatment.
If that's really the case, you're obviously going to the wrong ones and need to DYOR for one near you that is actually good.

they all said i dont need it cz i dont got a narrow palate, but orthos here in malaysia doesnt care about airways and stuff , they take a look at ur palate and see if it isnt narrow then they wont let you have it
