CCW ROTATION.

Hello guys, just quickly wanna ask and consult somebody whether ccw rotation is possible when you have a downward growth and what would it be considered? is it apart of bimax? also what to do about poor hyoid? = implants? or

That seems too much. Why not lefort 1 for an example? It's hard as it is form someone to do it in the west let alone lefort 2....

lefort 2. Maybe with distraction osteogenesis (with midface distractors) but your problem could aslo be ccw so idk
