Has there been any proven methods for achieving ccw rotation DURING puberty?

But it’s cope, u need a constant pressure to make maxilla remodel, wasn’t it discussed years ago lol?

If u do it for like 30minutesx3-5 times a day you will prb see improvement. Like for example hard mewing i feel that my maxillia is getting pushed just after like 30-60 minutes of constant pressure

Getting pushed doesn’t mean it changes something. Gravity pushes your maxilla constantly and I guarantee it would return back right after finishing thumbpulling or hard mewing in the same period of time or even faster. Also after age of 5-10 your maxilla is 85% developed and after puberty your suture is fused in most cases means it would do nothing. Btw maxilla protraction is generally done with 10 Newtons, and the tongue can exert around 5 while hard mewing

True but since i am early in puberty and i have braces that expands my mandible. It may be i gain permanent expansion

Yeah, than it’s another case but anyway it won’t do much, don’t waste your time and get pulling mask with expander like mse as constant force gonna make much more

Should i get a mse if i want more prominent zygos? Or is it more simpler to get zygomaticum inplants

You should till it’s possible, mse would set them higher and add some width due to rotation when face mask could pull them forward

What? Your zygos would expand relatively to maxilla in width with mse and forward with fm. Also check for fme + fma if u r based in USA, same but better probably

I guess you aware there are ton of threads on the topic on this forum? Simply bow attached some lastics attached to mse, it can pull your face forward till you r young enough and suture is still opened (it’s your case). Also I guess you could get visa easily to travel to usa and get fme + fma, just convince your parents

So should i buy a mse with a facemask from the internett with a mold? I have seen a couple of them and im a lil bit poor so i wont be able to go to america

Visit orthodontist or jaw surgeon who provides it in your region, he would order it and install, do not buy it yourself you won’t be able to install it

Cus I like to use my canine to rip the meat then use my molars to chew

You should say it him if you really have it. Also if your palate is narrow or tongue to big for it you should mention it too, if you think your maxilla is downward grown or recessed you should ask him to make ct and check so it can be treated with face mask.

I just do it for prominent zygos and CCW ROTATION. I was a little bit down grown but its getting better so i want be able to get a mse with a facemask. I would want to because then i would get forward growth

Getting ct scan requires nothing but your own desire, you don’t need something special for it. Also you need nithing to ask him to chrck if u r downward grown. You may ask him to calculate your SNB, SNA, ANB
