We already know that ccw bimax corrects an overbite (Malocclusion II).

But what about the defect in the zigomatic arch and on the infraorbital area? How is it possible to correct this?

any human with malocclusion II will have the zygomatic arch “underdeveloped and downturned”. So if ccw bimax corrects the mandible, what proccess corrects the zygos??

@Orc can you help me here..?

Your only option is to even it out with zygo and infra orbital implants

But the implants would not rotate that. They would just project the cheekbones
The wouldnt. But you simply cannot just get a ccw lefort 3 or whatever.
Thats the best option as far as I know.
But probabily ask @RealSurgerymax

Maybe having the implants and cut some of the lower part of the zygos… idk if its possible.

Lefort 3 not an option of this jfl

I know lf3 is not an option.
But its the only time you cut above zygomatic arch.

what does the defect in the zigomatic arch and on the infraorbital area look like?
