I’m 15 still in puberty and I’ve been looking into ccw rotation lately. I know habits can’t directly change or alter ur bone growth but could they influence them? For example say I keep a good posture both tongue and body the entire day and improve my chewing habits and just overall lose negative habits that may cause my features to point in a bad way could this INFLUENCE how my bones will grow/point.

prevents it from getting worse
