Centipede

I found it on my bathroom floor I want to keep it but I looked up and it says it needs insects to eat but I don't have a supply of them although I could maybe dig up worms or find some if I really look around the house should I keep it or would I just kill it? Should I release it?. I put a old fly carcass I found in there idk if he will eat it. Also anyone know what kind of centipede this is?
