is cerave spf good or should i invest in la roche posay spf 50? i dont usually spend much time outside when UV is high, either in the morning or in the evening/night.

true, it's also double the price and i don't know if it's light as cerave since i hate the feeling of thick sunscreen on my face, cerave has the best light products

le roche posay has light products as well, the ordinary also has good spf cream but if your on a budget just go with cera ve lmao, regardless its about to be winter and an spf cream is not as optimal, what does your skincare routine look like

pretty simple, cerave cleanser for dry skin and cerave lotion for dry skin, i used topical retinoid on my body and i am about to buy either retinal 0.05% or Ordinary retinoid 2% for facial collagen boost.

how old are you?

yeah a retinoid cream is based, id honestly recommend going to le roche posay if you moneymaxx, do you have dry skin or?
i just recently made some quick money but spent it on fashion, kind of low on money before i find another job so i bought cerave stuff instead of la roche since loreal owns both of them so i was sceptical of how much better it is for the price difference ngl

is it worth using spf in winter?
i dont spend too much time outside
when i do its evening

i aim to get an hour of sunlight in winter so i use it since snow can amplify uv damage by spreading it more, and i plan on using retinoids on face.
