they won't be able to tell if your on adderall. Most people even if they know you well beforehand can't

the morning of the day of the exam you could also use it for revision like 2+ weeks before to see how you react to it.
your probably gonna get your hands on something that lasts up to 6-10 hrs

The only way to get them is through the dark net or Telegram
But honestly, I don't see why one would be harder to source than the other, considering that they're very similar and the only difference is that dextro is a single-ingredient medication while Adderall contains a mixture of dextroamphetamine and amphetamine salts
So if a source has adderall, they prob have Dextro as well
