Certified Orthodontist claims that every living person with a nose hump, is due to the maxilla being undeveloped, is this true? In this case ethnics, jews, etc should all have straight noses? I dont understand this claim but I need more knowledge. Can anybody give a solid answer? Also ill PM my side so you can see if mine is fucked.

overdevelopment in some cases, but its yeah bump is relative to the maxilla/orbital bones.

the nose being forward is mostly maxilla sitting.

i am kinda lazy just look up to side profile ratios like nasofrontal, some planes, etc.

There isn't any bone support so everything above will completely look underdeveloped
Nose sticks out and looks overprojected, the eye sockets become sunk, and eye-bags/dark circles are also a common problem

Similarly, if your chin is recessed the whole face is out of harmony and proportion, the bottom lips have overprotusion, nose looks huge, etc.

It'd take an assessment facially or skeleton x-rays to see if someone does or not if it's hard to spot

could also just be genetic its a combination of both in most people, a few mm of bones is harder to spot when it starts to get subtle like that but he has good forward growth

MOST of the times yes. But a its possible to have a good maxilla and a hump lots of people do
