Damn...I knew a case like this - a pretty boy who went bald in his early 20s, he was always surrounded by girls, I envied him, back then I thought they were attracted by his personality - he was very chatty, bubbly, extroverted.
So....anyway, one day he started to lose his hair, he shaved it, turned into a rat, and that was the end of him.
