I mean I also sleep with my moth closed I feel like it’s rare to do the opposite

I never had that sleep on the side and wake up with a wet bed under ur mouth so I’m sure I always have it closed in my sleep

i start sleeping with it closed and wake up with it open most of the times.

i also sleep on my side but guess what?

No recession and no assymetry…

I guess it’s genetics

It is genetics mouth breathing has always been a meme to me since I’m a bit recessed and have always been a nose breather

I was so autistic as a kid even after running in PE I didn’t open my mouth I’d literally have a hard time breathing but didn’t open my mouth

I was very disgusted of air and was paranoid so I’d open my mouth as rare as possible even when I was sick I remember I’d rather breath with the shit covering my nose than open my mouth and still am the same today

No it’s always been this way even as a kid I remember I refused to breath with mouth

Not because of jaw or any of this autism but I used to not want dirty air to come into my mouth

Like ever even after I ran I’d try as hard as possible to breath as little as possible through my mouth

Sometimes id get a cold and that nose where u can’t breath and even then I refused

Tape your mouth, I do it everynight. I seem to get better quality sleep from it. Never wake up mid sleep anymore.
