Due to it having only one bump, and likely the rest of the face is also recessed. Chad can have foward grown face and have the first nose.

You won't ever see the second nose on someone with a foward grown face, if it's genetic it's either multiple "bumps", or a slowing curve, not an angular hook

I am debating after Bimax what I will do with my nose. It's not a Jew nose but it's definitely a failo of mine. It's downturned because of lower maxillary recession. Not massively, but noticeable enough to me that I do not like it.

Is it an angular bump, or more of a gradual downward slope? Both are sub-human, but the former can be easily fixed for cheap with fillers.

Hard to explain, but basically the bump is on the upper nasal area and it's straight up there but it slightly downturns towards the tip. I know the tip will upturn a bit from Lefort (plus will likely get CCW to correct downward growth) so full analysis will have to be done post OP on it. It will look infinitely better from frontal, so I am only talking about the side profile here (where bad noses are more present).
