I'm 5'10", I'm going to be 17 in two weeks, is this the end? I'm also very thin, I weigh 130. I want to make my shoulders wider and my height taller. I think I still have a slow growth rate. If I start taking 5ME HGH daily, how much can I grow before I turn 18? My dad is 5 11 and my mom is 5 7. Just wondering if it's too late to try to make myself wider and taller? Only thing matters is bone age. Your body doesnt know your 17.

High chance of growth if you were a late bloomer (first voice changes at 14,5 or later)

Low chance of growing if you were a early bloomer or hit puberty at a normal time

Bro , I'm off the clock, I'm not a slave to the fucking system, I don't have to get to school or college in the morning, I don't study, I work a freelance job. So I go to bed at 2 or 3 in the morning, but I get 8 hours of sleep. I don't think it makes a huge difference as I have read a lot of research , the body adjusts to your cycles and circadian rhythms shift.

Maybe I got lucky. I took a testosterone test and it was 521 ng/dl which is pretty low. Because I've noticed a correlation with stopping growth zones if you have a high test and don't suppress E2.
