Change hair type

any way to change my hair type, my hair is pin straight without product, my hair is nasty because I don’t use shampoo and when it drys it it has a little wave to it but that’s because it’s dirty, any way I can make my hair a tad bit wavier. I don want to perm it because that would look weird once my straight hair grows under

Condition it and maybe hairmask and see if it works
If not texture powder or just see if puberty changes it naturally
