If you want to know if your hair is miniaturizing you can go to a dermatologist that offers trichoscan or trichogram. Costs probably 70-100 euros where they tell you how many of your hairs are in the catagen, anagen, telogen phases (growing phases)

If they see significant miniaturizing hop on fin. Dosing can vary for fin, depending on costs and likelihood of side effects

No I‘m not, but stress isn‘t the cause for male pattern baldness. If you have stress from collage, it should be more a diffused thinning
