Changing my gym split

Hamzas latest vid made me realize I’m a gymcel that 1h I spent everyday could be used for better

So imma do upper other 2x a week and maybe an arm day

So only will need to go gym 4-5 days a week compared to 7 like now plus it’s winter now

definety skip out on the arm day if you want you could do a torso focused upper day and a limbs focused upper day or whatever you wanna do but definitely don’t do the arm day because their will be some crossover from the upper day and the arm day
