Changing phenotype through facial feminization surgery, best hardmaxx for masculine cells?

Ok so I am quite a unique phenotype I know photo might not look like I'm ultra masculine but in real life Im defs more masculine looking than most guys around my age. Probably due to jaw ramus and my ability to look striking when needed. Jaw is quite long and definitely have cheekbones to carry.


But anyway so here's my theory if I hardmaxx do you think if a masculine phenotype like myself was to go all in given I already have a good base and i softmaxxed and even hardmaxxed a little already like would facial feminization surgery work. What's going to be best for a stacy gaze. I already get a few Stacy's look at me but not enough to keep their attention. Currently irl it's just heaps of mtb that glaze hard. Don't get me wrong some htb Stacys will still glaze but not as much like back and forth a couple times Stacy but mtb more all time. I tested this theory out on the weekend. I work in security at a bar and I was picking up on the attention I was receiving and this is what I was getting.

If I was to hardmaxx into a new phenotype through facial feminization surgery the only really thing I would be changing is my orge, cleft chin like I would get chin reduction and have a more neutral softer chin and then id get my top lip lifted and get fat injected into it to make it look like i had very good natural lips. I already have a quite good bottom lip for a white boy so would only need to work on balancing proportions. The other thing I would do would be obviously a rhinoplasty to give me that true pretty boy nose and I could totally achieve a model s tier nose now given that I've already had my 1st rhinoplasty. Was thinking of doing something about under eye area because looks a little hollow but hgh and bone smashing is giving me good support and diet maxxing is definitely helping and irl people are saying how clear my skin looks now so I think it's definitely working. Also Korean skincare is helping. Other than that I need to also get my ears reduced in size it's a special surgery which is probably going to give me scars but fuck it I need smaller ears bc genuinely could mog so hard if they were smaller but yeah what else could I get i mean I was thinking of titanium chin implants but that's going to make me full chad looking and idk if I want to look more chad or pretty boy chad with smaller chin, bigger lips. Definitely don't want to fuck around with eye area. My eyes are neutral and if I got cat eye surgery that could end up a disaster but I would like a slightly positive canthal tilt. Honestly could just send it and go all in though especially since I'll be getting a payment by the government towards the end of next year from the courts in Australia. Fuck I need recommendations please help .

It's literally cheaper than turkey. You just need to avoid all the expensive medical tourism bs and go with a cheaper surgeon. It's a risk yeah but also depends how severe and evasive your surgeries are going to be obviously you would avoid cat eye surgery but that actually depends on the surgeon. You'll probably find that there's less experience in Iran with that kinda surgery than turkey but yeah.

I already had a rhinoplasty and fat injection into my chin to try and correct my cleft chin but honestly it almost looks as bad as what it did before any surgery and now I have fucked up mirror dismorph and the rhinoplasty only corrected my side profile tbh. Like the front is sill bad because tip is way to fucking big compared to the rest. It was expected the 1st time though because I had a huge nose bigger than everyone in family expect grandpa.

What surgeries do people reckon I should get any thoughts would be good.

I'm soft maxxing my eyebrows rn which is going to work just going to take time. Other than that like ive explored every other soft max and ascended so there's literally no point in spending more money on that may as well save. I have really insane looking cheekbones like eastern European s tier and my jawline is crazy especially if I hard mew and cheek suck lol. Other best features are brow ridge probably and ramus not sure what else but Obviously you can only see side profile so yeah can post more pics of if people interested though.

If you want to fix go for your failos not reducte your bonemass unless you have 4 to 1 chin to philtrum ratio.

Eh other methods don't work, I jaw and ramus mog 90% of guys and it's good to have that mix of masculine in me already but at same time my chin looks ugly masculine if that makes sense like it's sorta like a cleft chin and that's ass for trying to become pretty boy without surgery. I can fraud all I like but surgery is the only answer. Also pretty hard to look pretty boy when you have above average size ears so they getting reduced in size too like this. this is me probably 2 ish months ago now you can see I have good bone structure but this is also my mum at 52 or 53 I think obviously some work done but yeah genetics mog. My dad wasn't as good looking hmtn at best I suppose for back in his day 60 now I think but my great grandpa was Chad and grandpa was kinda Chad but has high asf DHT because body hair is nuts on him so I got all that shit and in school was definitely hairiest my legs are full now lol but have been since high school not balding bad just Norwood 1 I think idk doesn't bother me much and have fringe now anyway and planning hair transplant later on but not a priority right now
