Changing Skinny Fat appearance

Are dumbbells good enough to build a decent physique and be able to lose my skinny fat look. I’ve been consistently working out for the last 3 weeks push/pull/legs and how long do you think it’d take for me to notice changes if any? Thank you for your help if your reply

Lifting anything will help regardless

it might take time but just the fact you’re exercising should reshape your physique, even if you were only doing calisthenics. If you’re going efficiently multiple times a week for a full year you should 100% notice changes

it will take sometime eat high protein and focus on progressive overloading rather than doing bs volume. and try some form of light cardio like walking 15k steps per day

Maintenance cals eat lots of meat 200g of protein a day workout 5 days a week creatine it will go in no time
