Chapter 1-Preschool

My life was completely normal before preschool at the Novato Youth Center. I don’t remember much so most of this is told from my parent’s perspective. I was born with no birth defects after a normal 37 week pregnancy. Suffered no major illnesses as a baby and reached all developmental milestones on time. The first sign of anything being wrong was my mom’s issues with my paternal grandparents. I was never told much about them so I’ll just say what I remember-They never changed my diaper, never fed me, and laughed when I cried. So basically they didn’t give a shit. Anyways preschool started and I remember making some friends; This one noodle, Sasha, Leo, I think a kid named Ian as well. It was an alright life from what I remember. Well time comes and I wasn’t developing like everyone else so they took me for assessments and they diagnosed me with ASD and ADHD. And I got subhuman 2 experiences that I remember from this time: The first one is my noodle friend (her name was xiaoyu) had a friend named Stella and I either didn’t like that or she didn’t like me and we got into a fight and Xiaoyu said “Stella is my best friend not you”. The other one is that there was a rule that you had to be 5 years old to use the big play structure and since autists like enforcing rules (Idgaf anymore though) I pulled down this kid named Alan down from the big play structure because he was a 4 y/o just like me. So I sperged out on him and they kicked me out from that youth center. 2 major things before I started elementary school. Firstly my parents would argue about shit (I don’t remember what) It luckily never got physical and they’d go to separate rooms but occasionally they’d come out and argue again and I’d take a side (usually my mothers), They would also frequently give me time outs when the second thing happened which is my tantrums which didn’t stop after 3. So that’s all I remember as an infant and toddler but elementary school is where things really become brutal.

When is Chapter 2 coming out?

The user says they had a normal birth and early development. No major health problems as a baby. The first red flag came from how poorly their paternal grandparents treated them—they didn’t care for or comfort them as a child. In preschool, they made a few friends and life seemed okay at first.

However, they weren’t developing like other kids. Doctors eventually diagnosed them with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. They recall two painful experiences from preschool:
  1. A falling out with a friend (Xiaoyu) who chose someone else as her best friend.
  2. An incident where they pulled a younger kid off a play structure for breaking a rule, which led to them being kicked out of the youth center.

Before starting elementary school, two more things stood out:
  • Their parents argued often (never physically) and the user would usually side with their mom.
  • They had frequent tantrums that continued past age 3, leading to time-outs.
That’s the basic summary of their early childhood. They mention that elementary school is when things started to really change or escalate.
