I've been thinking about this for a while, if ur addicted to instant gratification (doomscrolling, jacking off, etc) instinctively make you behave like a nice guy when talking to women?
I've noticed that when I've wasted my day off with corn and scrolling instagram for 8 hours makes me act like a little bitch when talking to women. That doesn't happen when I have a productive day where I spent most of it focused. Maybe it has something to do with testosterone but I want to know if someone here feels the same.

A few weeks ago I managed to bring three girls to my bedroom in the span of three days after a year without any intimacy with a woman. First one was the hardest but when I managed to bring the first one and fuck her I gained confidence to just hit on some random foids on instagram and fuck them aswell lol. I've fumbled a few by acting like a nice guy before. I'm still trying to correlate the idea of instant gratification to being a nice guy because that's what happened to me.

I don't know where the correlation could be, maybe when you are overstimulated with that easy dopamine, you become less sensitive to real life stimuli, and therefore it makes you less of a man, because your brain is not used to work for the dopamine to be gained, so it makes you obedient, lazy, uncomfortable, and when you limit yourself from these stimulis, your brain has more will power to get what he wants which is making you more social and dominant with girls, because you are more prone to get what you want
