It didnt add anything useful; its not faster (quite the contrary of fast); its processing got worse.

Model router just made it 300x slower. Doesnt matter if I click "I want a faster answer" it will still be garbage speed.

How can AI engineers whose get paid millions and millions annualy do such a horrific job?

Was this the model that would break all the benchmark scales?

@thales20 thoughts?

I think they are soft launching a paywall for better models in the future, as in you would need to pay to even have access to any future version

artificial intelligence will get worse from now on, it was just a meme that it was going to surpass human intelligence

yeah. It has no base to surpass, as we control all the knowledge, they can never be better than us only they can know everything everyone on earth has ever known, nothing more. So they’d only ever be at the exact same point in development as humans are

unless quantum physics and quantum computing gets added to the equation and then it will truly have a connection to the metaphysical and will mog human intelligence

a robot physically cannot ever learn more than what it is coded by. It could have every bit of knowledge ever, but all that knowledge came from a human at some point. It can never predict the future and create new things

I get what ur saying, but I don’t think it’s that simple. First off ‘robots’ aren’t the whole of technology, that’s a narrower definition. Once u start looking at tech merging with biology like neural interfaces, biotech, or even quantum level systems, it’s not just about “what’s coded by a human” anymore tbqh ngl

At first I was thinking of robots too narrowly. But tech isn’t just code fr, once it merges with biology or taps into systems we don’t fully understand, it’s not limited to human input anymore srs. Creation doesn’t mean pulling stuf out of nowhere, it means combining patterns in ways we couldn’t see. That’s not recycling knowldge, that’s emergence.

Wow that’s actually interesting
Tbh I’m only 17 so I’m not too informed on this I just assumed nothing programmed by a human can become smarter than the human race

I used it to generate an image of my eyearea after softmaxxing and it looked surprisingly realistic.
