What gives you the feels then tbh? Curious, because I grant you some classical pieces seem emotionless but some are very warm and moving

the problem with classical is that so much of it has these fruity ass frolicking sections that do absolutely nothing for me and it makes it a fucking chore to find stuff with acceptable emotional content. like, a piece will establish a decent mood and then just interrupt it with gay frolicking. anyway, metal is the pinnacle of music. and bach was an autist who made music for autists. people mistake his autism for genius. pucci and wagner were geniuses.

Stop being so pretentious, froggy.

Which forum did you intend to post this? Also I love classical music, reminds me of how serenity is beautiful regardless of what is going on out in the world. Three of my favourite pieces are

Frederic Chopin Etude Op 25 no 1

also I love Vivaldi‘s four seasons especially winter

another beautiful piece is Serenade by Schubert

Music is addictive and just more dopamine you didnt have to work for in order to get.

Classical is amazing and requires trained ears and effort to fully appreciate, and thats likely why average people wont consume it, but pop music and hip hop is just made to arouse certain parts of your brain. Many would be better off not consuming it at all, especially if you are in the adhd crowd.

Chopin & Liszt are great. But do you listen to early-modern/late romantic composers like Rachmaninoff, Scriabin, Prokofiev, Medtner, Ravel, Stravinsky, etc.?

I don’t listen to a lot of classical era music anymore, but I think between the two giants of classical era music, Beethoven is the best, he’s better than Mozart imo.

Can’t call yourself a fan of Debussy if you haven’t listened to his 12 etudes for piano. Have you listened to them yet? Some of them are great works of music.

Yeah I listen to everything ngl even old 1850s composrs with 1200 views on ytb lol
I think I listened all the integrals of the composers you mentionned above (I buy alot of CDs on amazon and in old disks shops in Versailles and Paris (for 20€ I bought all Dvorák works)
But I think it is better to start with Chopin than with this
