Not the punch or slam itself that kills but the impact of your limp body making contact with ground abruptly, that is dangerous. That is why in Greco and freestyle wrestling your head is supposed to lightly touch the mat while performing a high arching move like suplex otherwise it is considered illegal

tbh in the US if you get in a fight outside of school there is probably a high chance of you getting shot/stabbed. Or if you're in a school with a high nigger density. Trying to fight fairly here would be nuts in most cases. Better to just avoid an altercation altogether.

I have always been given the advice of "if you see he is going to fight you punch first" ie sucker punch him. And it's goated advice. There is no honor in the street. If this was the 90's Serbia, when 'ferka' or 'fair fight' was the common method of aettling beef, then yes sucker punching is cowardly. But no such widespread street code exists anymore in developed countries. So if you think a motherfucker is about to fight you, sock him in the jaw with surprise and power. But do this only if you can punch real hard, if not forget about it. Better cover your head and take your beating while yelling "sorry please stop" if you are a weak bitch.
