idk man have you seen any titjobs? as a lifetime coomer I can tell you that 99% are absolute dogshit (though they have been getting slightly better in recent years for USA whores). most surgeons are incompetent as fuck (most people doing anything are incompetent as fuck). I live in Europe so don't have to cope but most of these fuckers don't even upload any pics anywhere. they might have one or two acceptable results (usually on patients with minimal problems) and if you ask they can show that to you. also they are painfully unaware of a lot of things. what percentage of maxillofacial surgeons have heard of Mew you reckon? I'd guess less than 5%

Its terrible tbh. I assume they do it because its probably impractical to send all these patients to maxfac surgeons. Considering the option is much more expensive and "more daunting" (personally I would get my jaw sawn in half today if I could afford it. I have no inhibition for bimax anymore) then just getting braces I can understand why they only offer bimax for uber recessed dogs. The patient would probably go to the next ortho who would tell them they could fix their face with braces so they can get their money.

There is also the issue of there being so few maxfac surgeons. Just go to university for 12 years theory JFL. The entry requirements to become a maxfac surgeon is insanity. 2 degrees in both dentistry and medicine before you can start another 4-6 years training to be a OMFS. I am sure there are alot more people with braces in comparison to available surgeons each year.

Just give your boy a hack saw, vokda, torch, metal plates, drill, screw driver, ruler, screws, stitches and some metal plates and I will asend you for free.

Ideally dentists would just tell you about proper tongue posture and chewing hard food during each checkup so you don't end up with a 160 degree gonial angle after puberty. The fact that I didn't learn about mewing until I was over 18 is mind boggling.
