What if you could get clinic level results at home for dirt cheap? you certainly can with only JUST 10 dollars.The cosmetic industry will try to make you believe its impossible so you pay jews 10x the amount in a clinic.But I will show you the protocol,scientific papers to show the efficacy,the reason it works,the technique,what to use after and risks of doing it. A derma roller is the strongest anti aging device which can be used at home and you can easily do it yourself.The biggest results dont come from the biggest prices example:

LETS BEGIN:
STEP 1- Purchase a derma roller. According to the studies I am going by, 1 MM is the best option. But if your scared you can use lower than that. Many people start with 0.2 MM. If you choose too low of a depth it doesn't do anything,it's only for you to get use to it.So, you are not going to get any result if your not doing it at 1 MM.
-Now you should not try to go over 1MM because not only is it risky and might cause permanent damage to your skin but also it is worthless.We are doing microneedling for collagen and skin health only so anything else isn't worth consideration. Here is a study:
"Even if you microneedle deeper you don't produce collagen any deeper than around 0.5MM , anything beyond that point is fat and if you micro needle fat you dont get any collagen"

STEP 2- Let the skin recover after microneedling , do not overdo it. Stick to only once per week (according to study i will add below). The skin must heal before you start microneedling again so be patient because you really don't need more frequency

How do i microneedle tho?
-Sanitize your microneedle with alchohol and ur skin aswell
-Use derma roller with titanium needles and replace it every 2 months which equates 8 uses because it gets blunt over time
-STRETCH the skin while microneedling,dont keep it loose otherwise the needles will just be rolling around.Use your other hand to stretch the skin while going over it.
-It doesnt matter what direction you from,the skin doesnt understand that. You can do it any way you like.
- Dont put too much pressure,treat it like a paintbrush and just stroke the skin 2-3 times and do short strokes.
-The eye area only needs 0.25 MM since its not that deep,just gently pull the skin downwards and microneedle it.Use a semi circle motion around the orbitals.
-Do it for 5-10minutes, but if you red before that just stop there.At a point your gonna stop being red,then just go for 5-10 minutes. First time will be very sensitive but its going to be less and less as the skin becomes thicker and thicker.REMEMBER MORE IS NOT BETTER
