Cheapest place to get MSE installed?

What country has the cheapest MSE installation?

I don't really want to widen by that much, I just want to use it as an anchor for face-pulling, so the precision of the installation doesn't need to be as good as for expansion.

Also, I'm trying to get this asap. I live in the USA so try to factor in travel costs if you can.

It is very easy, there are hooks that you can attach the rubber bands to on either side of the upper teeth.

Its actualy lower the price of placing it is 150-200 but u need photos and such which will increase the price ofc

with mse does the anchor really matter or malleability of the maxilla due to fracturing of the sutures? Could I just somehow fracture my sutures and facepull with dowden?

in France its 750e/700e the device. add 300e for the ortho to put it in place etc. And then add 2k/3k for one year full treatemenh for braces
