I’m 14 now and pretty obvious I cant hardmax, this is shit what I’m going to do. Everything i am doing is mainly from this site, but there’s tiktokcels and i might learnt cope from them
I am Hltn, 14 years old, 174cm height and around 68kg

The list
Caloric surplus by 5-10%, keeping 200g of protein intake and around 50 of fat, 220g of carbs
Supplements are d3+k2(1000IU d3 and 45mcg k2), zinc citrate 25mg, magnesium glycinate 700mg, ashwaganda(cycling 5 days on 2 days off), creatine 5g, caffeine 200mg pre workout. 9 hours of sleep minimum, with going to sleep in 9pm. I workout 4 times a week and train 3 muscle groups every day.
For jaw I’m chewing 2 falim gums every day for 1.5 hours. Also gonna get pallet expander and aligners for teeth later
Also 1000mg magnesium and 3000mg potassium daily. No food outside, only cooking home.

I would be grateful for fixing or adding something in here. I made this in like 2 days so its short and not optimized, my parents are pretty kind and listen to me, so i can get almost any good supplement, sadly cant use hgh.

Don't take any supplements since you are 14 years old, wait for when you are older because it will most likely disrupt your body, vitamin C should be the only thing you should take in my opinion, try to stay lean because you might get taller if you are leaner
