Incredible ascension. People here will downplay this and say :"muh filler", but it's a huge improvement, it's on my list too after I lean out at 100kg and asses my actual jaw line.

looks like that only the first few days. DO NOT get a cheek filler unless you want to be Permabloated and have Nasolabial folds

because cheek filler migrates. The only parts where it’s convenient to do filler it’s in the nose, upper eyelid and chin imo

it will migrate eventually and he will look bloated/like a barbie doll, aka faggot, you barely touch the zygo mallar area as a man it will almost always look uncanny if you do.
He also has jaw line filler
